Collecto ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and the rest of the EU. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend — the price you see on the product page is the price at checkout, in your local currency.

Orders leave within 24 hours of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as the order is in, and tracking as soon as it ships.
returns
If a squish isn't right, you have 30 days to send it back. Unopened items in their original condition can be returned by mail. The complete, binding refund terms live on our store policy pages linked at the bottom of this page and inside the cart.
