Refund policy
Every Collecto order is covered by our 30-Day Squish Guarantee. If a squishy isn't right, send it back — free — and we'll refund you.

Return window
You have 30 days from the day your parcel is delivered to request a return. Email hello@shopcollecto.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Returns are free within the US.
Condition of returned items
Items must be in re-sellable condition with their packaging. The following cannot be returned:
- Mystery boxes and blind bags once the seal is broken
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days or without an order number
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full — no return needed. You keep the damaged item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the carrier scanning your return. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Tell us which item you'd prefer and we'll ship it as soon as the return is scanned. Any price difference is refunded or charged at cost.
3-for-2 orders
If returning part of a 3-for-2 order removes the bundle qualification, we refund the item minus the discount that was applied to that bundle.
