By placing an order with Collecto you agree to the terms below. They're short and written in plain English on purpose.

Pricing
Prices are shown in your local currency — GBP in the United Kingdom, EUR across the eurozone and USD everywhere else — and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by one.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotions such as 3-for-2 cannot be combined with other discount codes or automatic discounts. Where a promotion applies automatically, entering another code will replace it.
Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Product safety
Our products are toys intended for ages 3 and up. They are not food, and they should not be cut, heated or ingested. Supervise young children during use.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store full card details.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
