Shipping is free on every Collecto order, and we pack and dispatch within 24 hours on business days.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, expect:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier.
Customs and import taxes
Customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility and are set by your local authority.
Lost parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, contact hello@shopcollecto.com and we'll replace or refund it — no lengthy claim process on your side.
Backorders
You can order items that are temporarily out of stock. Backordered squishies ship as soon as the restock lands, and we'll email you with the expected date.
