how the nice cube actually feels
Schylling describes the original Nice Cube as soft when squeezed slowly and firm when squeezed quickly. It returns to its cube shape after release. That is different from assuming every cube has a light, liquid-gel filling.
Manufacturer’s Nice Cube details. Check the packaging for your exact model and do not heat, freeze or microwave it.
nice cube vs nee doh ball vs gumdrop
- Nice Cube: cube shape; Schylling describes its slow/fast squeeze response as super-solid.
- Classic ball: round shape rather than square corners. Check the specific model’s dimensions and filling.
- Gumdrop: a separate shaped product. Do not assume it contains sand or micro-beads; use the manufacturer’s model details.
which size to buy
The original Nice Cube is listed by Schylling as 2.25 inches square. Compare the dimensions and piece count in the product listing, especially for mini or larger variants. Colours may be random when the listing says assorted.

- What is a Nee Doh Nice Cube?
- Nice Cube is the cube-shaped NeeDoh made by Schylling. The manufacturer describes its super-solid squish as soft when squeezed slowly and firmer when squeezed quickly.
- What is inside a Nice Cube?
- Schylling describes the original Nice Cube filling as dough-like. Check the packaging for the exact model; this does not verify the filling of every similarly named squishy.
- Which size is the original Nice Cube?
- Schylling lists the original Nice Cube as 2.25 inches square, with one cube per package. Nice Ice Baby and Nice Berg are separate smaller and larger products, not sizes to assume for every listing.
- Can I choose the colour?
- The manufacturer lists pink, purple and blue. Check the individual product listing: an assorted pack may supply a randomly selected colour.
- How should I clean a sticky Nice Cube?
- Follow the care instructions on the packaging. Do not add cornstarch, baby powder, solvents or adhesive unless the manufacturer specifically recommends them. Stop using a torn or leaking cube.
- How much does a Nice Cube cost?
- See the current price and availability on the product cards. The basket receives 33% off with 3 or more squishies; one item costs its listed price.
